Big thanks to H. Kevin Miserocchi of the Tee and Charles Addams Family foundation for this nice gift, a limited edition reissue of the Addams Family television soundtrack, and also for the nod to Mary Small on the liner notes!!! A great way to begin wrapping up a great journey, and nice to know the story of these talented entertainers continues to live on!
We are super excited that H. Kevin Miserocchi, executive director of the Tee and Charles Addams Foundation will join us for the Burbank Premiere!!! Hope to see everybody there! http://www.charlesaddams.com/
For you die hard #AddamsFamily fans out there, this is one of the original #Morticia Addams wicker chairs from the set of the TV show #TheAddamsFamily. It was left in the home sold to my folks by #CarolynJones shortly following her separation from #AaronSpelling. And it’s possibly available for purchase!
Our Kickstarter campaign has officially begun!!! Please support our project by clicking on the Support us On Kickstarter links on this page…
An unapologetic portrait of iconic entertainer Mary Small, whose voice comforted millions through the Great Depression & WWII.
_The Little Girl with the Big Voice _examines the struggles of women and children in the early 1930’s and 40’s through the eyes of Mary Small, a child prodigy, restless wife and dedicated mother whose resilience in the face of constant challenges made her a defining symbol of her generation.
Today we were honored to receive the Stanford Law School Fair Use Project’s last letter, stating that the clips we identified in our film were likely protected by the Fair Use Doctrine. We are so sad to see this great program close down but hope our film, The Little Girl With The Big Voice, will one day serve as an example of what can be accomplished, and how history can be preserved with these types of efforts.
